Woven from premium selvedge denim in Kojima, Okayama—the heart of Japan’s denim culture—each pair is meticulously sewn by skilled artisans using carefully selected thread gauges for optimal structure and texture. The fabric, woven on vintage shuttle looms, features a signature selvedge edge and a rich, uneven surface with natural stiffness that softens beautifully over time.

Every pair is finished on a Union Special sewing machine, known for its signature chainstitch hem that offers both durability and aesthetic depth. Attention to detail is evident throughout, from the reinforced construction to the precisely aligned stitching—each element speaking to the spirit of Japanese monozukuri (craftsmanship).
