[Returns & Cancellations]

Once an order has been placed and confirmed through our WEB SHOP, we do not accept any requests for changes to the product, size, or shipping address, nor do we accept cancellations. Please carefully review your order on the confirmation page before completing your purchase to avoid mistakes.

If a customer refuses to accept the package or is absent for an extended period after the order has been shipped, we may decline future orders or reshipments. In such cases, round-trip shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to personal reasons such as “different from what I imagined” or “does not suit me” after trying on or inspecting the item are not accepted. Please carefully consider the size, color, and design before placing your order. If you are uncertain, please contact us through the inquiry form.

Please note that product colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on your PC or monitor settings. These differences are considered customer-related reasons and are not grounds for return.
[Cooling-Off Period]
The “cooling-off” system applies to door-to-door or unexpected sales contracts made without the customer’s full awareness. For online purchases, since the customer completes the order of their own will, the cooling-off system does not apply.
[Defective Products]
All products are inspected before shipping. If a defect is found before shipment and the item is unavailable, we will promptly contact the customer.
If you discover a defect after delivery, please contact us directly via the inquiry form before returning the item. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted. If the product is defective, all return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please use “cash on delivery” for the return.
Please note, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases. Please check your item promptly upon delivery:

More than 8 days have passed since delivery.

The item has been used, worn, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned.

The delivery note, original product tags, or labels included at shipping have been removed or lost.

The item has strong odors (including perfume, cosmetics, tobacco), stains, or damage caused after delivery (including try-ons).

The returned product (including box and accessories) differs significantly from the original delivery condition (damage to the box, missing or damaged accessories).

Items where sealed packaging has been opened (e.g., CDs where the package is part of the product).

Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, perfumes, and other hygiene-related items.

Lucky bags, mystery boxes, sale items, outlet items, and pre-order items are all non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
[Incorrect Item Received]
While we take great care in shipping, if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our staff will confirm your order and promptly arrange an exchange. Return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by us.
However, if the returned item differs significantly from its original condition at the time of shipping (e.g., washed, altered, or damaged), we regret that we cannot accept the return.

Shoes must be tried on indoors only. Shoes tried on outdoors are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please avoid staining items or attaching strong odors (perfume, cosmetics, tobacco) when trying them on.

Shoe boxes, watch cases, and other original packaging are considered part of the product. If shipping labels or tape are attached directly to the package, the product will be considered damaged and cannot be returned.
If the item is defective, we will exchange it for the same product if stock is available. If not, we will issue a refund.
[Refunds]
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the refund procedure begins. Please note that immediate refunds or refunds on specific dates cannot be guaranteed.
For credit card payments, refunds will be processed as a cancellation of the card transaction. Depending on your card company’s billing cycle, refunds may be carried over to the following month or later. Please contact your credit card company directly for details, as we are unable to check your contract terms.
[Outlet & Sale Items]
All outlet and sale items purchased through our WEB SHOP are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable for any reason. Please understand this condition before purchasing. If you would like detailed information about product condition, feel free to contact us via the inquiry form.
[Product Page Notes]
All items sold on our site are new and unused. However, some items are intentionally processed to give a vintage look, or may differ slightly in color or finish due to brand design choices. By placing an order, you are considered to have understood this in advance. Please note that returns or exchanges due to such differences will not be accepted.
[Warranty & Repairs]
Products that come with a warranty certificate will have it enclosed at the time of shipping. The delivery note serves as proof of purchase and sales origin. Please keep both the warranty certificate and delivery note safe. Replacement warranty certificates cannot be reissued.
For repairs, please contact our staff with details of the damage or malfunction. Whether repairs are free or paid will be estimated after inspection upon arrival. The shipping costs for repair requests (both ways) must be borne by the customer.
